Website Launch: Design Trust for Public Space

April 2, 2014

For the past nine months Kiss Me I’m Polish has been working with the Design Trust for Public Space (and our development partner Type/Code) on a brand spanking new website for this amazing organization working tirelessly to unlock the potential of New York City’s public spaces for all of its inhabitants. Founded in 1995, with its last website design dating back to 2006, it was definitely high time for an enhanced digital space for the Design Trust! The resulting website not only presents the Design Trust’s diverse breadth of current projects and past case studies, it also sheds light on the non-profit’s intricate process, interdisciplinary methods, expansive network of collaborators, and some of the key lessons learned along the way. We are incredibly proud to have been part of this undertaking and so excited to witness how some of the best practices in design, planning and policy projects now accessible to the public inspire communities outside of New York, advancing design-literacy and connecting the public with transformative tools for change.
