When Jazz at Lincoln Center dedicated the Nesuhi Ertegun Hall of Fame in 2004, the induction of its inaugural class of members was commemorated by 12 beautiful videos (created by OPEN), each one a visual celebration of an artist’s musical personality, set to their iconic song.
When JALC brought Kiss Me I’m Polish on board to create a set of kiosks to offer supplementary content about the artists to visitors to the space, we wanted to create something that would truly complement the videos and convey the same fluid musical qualities as one feels watching them in the space. Developed in partnership with the Map Office, the Hall of Fame kiosks - which are also available online - offer bios, photos, music and historical facts about all of the Hall of Fame’s 30 inducted greats, all in a fluid interface that though very templatized, offers a unique visual personality on each individual screen.

Agnieszka and her team at Kiss Me I’m Polish are a joy to work with—immensely creative, collaborative and communicative. We consider them a partner in all of our projects together and value their contributions to both design and content. The results are beautiful, engaging and smartly designed.”
