CoWorker is a peer-based civic platform that allows you to start, run, and win campaigns to improve your workplace. With more than 300,000 users some of CoWorker’s biggest victories to date include Starbucks improving their scheduling system and lifting its employee tattoo ban, and Netflix expanding its paid parental leave to hourly employees and, for the first time, dads and adoptive parents.
